Job Description:

Seeking a skilled NICU Registered Nurse for a 26-week travel assignment at a hospital in Charlottesville, VA. This role involves caring for neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit, primarily working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The ideal candidate will perform clinical reviews, support neonatal feeding protocols, and collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. This assignment offers the chance to experience the unique pace of NICU work, with opportunities to work around winter holidays—requiring availability for two out of three holiday weekends. The position emphasizes the importance of NRP certification and the ability to submit pending licensure. Travelers will be scheduled for a total of 48 hours per week, with the possibility of approved time off up to 40 hours during the assignment.
