Job Description:

Join a surgical technologist team in Santa Fe, NM, for a 13-week contract performing advanced sterile and technical duties in the operating room. You'll prepare and maintain the sterile field across multiple specialty areas such as Transplants, Open Heart, or Robotics, supporting surgeons in high-stakes procedures. The role involves setting up surgical instruments and supplies, assisting during surgeries, and ensuring strict aseptic techniques. Flexibility is key, as you'll work five 8-hour days, with some weekend shifts and on-call responsibilities, giving you an authentic experience of a busy OR schedule.
