Job Description:

Join our team as a registered nurse on a 13-week night shift contract at a facility in Santa Fe, NM. This opportunity involves working 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing essential patient care across multiple Med/Surg departments. You'll be practicing independently, assessing and addressing the psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families. Your responsibilities include administering medications, documenting carefully in EPIC, and educating patients and families. The role offers a chance to develop long-range clinical plans while floating between departments as needed, all while working a schedule that emphasizes work-life balance with weekend and on-call responsibilities. Compensation is approximately $1,944.12 gross weekly, with a commitment of around 36 hours per week. This assignment is perfect for experienced RNs with a current New Mexico or Compact license and BLS certification ready to make a meaningful impact during this engaging and fast-paced assignment.
