Job Description:

This 13-week assignment places you as an RN in Lake Havasu City’s CVICU within a community hospital known for its outdoor recreation and vibrant local culture. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing specialized care for adult and geriatric patients with conditions like STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, and sepsis. The role involves supporting a 16-bed unit with patient ratios of 1:2, utilizing Medhost EHR and Baxter pumps, while demonstrating skills in handling trauma, cardiac, and respiratory emergencies. You’ll also be expected to participate in orientation and float to intermediate care units as needed. This position emphasizes collaboration with experienced staff in a regional referral center with a Level Trauma III designation, offering a unique experience that combines clinical expertise with the scenic beauty of mountain ranges and a lake setting.
