Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in Lake Havasu City offers an engaging opportunity to work in a community hospital with 171 beds, known for its scenic mountain ranges and lake views. The role is centered in the Intensive Medical Care (IMC) unit, primarily focused on adult and geriatric patients with conditions such as STEMI, NSTEMI, CHF, COPD, Sepsis, and respiratory failure. Expect to work 12-hour day shifts, with a required weekend and call responsibilities. This assignment uniquely combines the chance to deliver high-quality acute care with the chance to experience outdoor recreation like boating, hiking, and exploring nearby national parks. The hospital is Joint Commission accredited, emphasizing quality standards, and uses Medhost EHR. The role requires at least 2 years of recent acute care experience, a current license, and experience in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
