Job Description:

This contract position requires an experienced Registered Nurse to manage comprehensive patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate care activities during 12-hour night shifts at a healthcare facility in Mesa, AZ. The role involves evaluating patient needs across physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and developmental domains, reviewing diagnostic data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The nurse will provide direct patient care, delegate tasks, supervise licensed and non-licensed staff, and accurately document all activities in adherence to regulatory standards. Unique to this assignment is the focus on delivering high-quality nursing services within a fast-paced environment, emphasizing clinical judgment, teamwork, and patient communication, with no direct patient care responsibilities outside of nursing activities.
