Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is ideal for registered nurses experienced in progressive care and trauma settings. You'll be stepping into a Level II Trauma Center in Bangor, Maine, working 12-hour night shifts. Your role involves managing a variety of complex cases, including stroke, post-op general surgery, respiratory failures, cardiac patients, and trauma cases. Expect to perform neuro checks, IV starts, wound dressing changes, and assist with ventilator management. The environment is active and fast-paced, requiring confidence and adaptability. This is a great opportunity to hone specialized skills in a challenging but rewarding setting, all while supporting a busy trauma and medical/surgical unit.
