Job Description:

This travel healthcare contract calls for a dedicated nurse to cover the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will provide direct nursing care according to established policies, developing and implementing patient care plans while monitoring and recording patient conditions. The role requires serving as a primary coordinator among disciplines to ensure smooth and comprehensive care, along with noting and executing physician and nursing orders. Your responsibilities also include assessing discharge needs and coordinating with the healthcare team to support patient transitions. Expect an engaging environment where your expertise helps patients during overnight hours, with every other weekend off to enjoy the local surroundings.
