Job Description:

Join a specialized endoscopy team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract at a vibrant medical facility in Rapid City, SD. You'll be essential in the perioperative setting, managing upper and lower endoscopic procedures—including advanced techniques like EUS, EBUS, and ERCP—alongside pre- and post-recovery care. Your role involves direct patient interaction within 4 endoscopy rooms, 20 pre-op bays, and 14 PACU bays, with patient ratios of 1:1 for endoscopy and PACU phases. Expect to work a flexible schedule, including weekend rotations and one overnight on-call shift weekly, with shifts varying from early mornings to late afternoons. This position offers a chance to experience the unique rhythm of a busy endoscopy unit, where procedural support and efficient patient turnover are key.
