Job Description:

This travel healthcare opportunity places you in a bustling Emergency Department in Silverdale, WA, working 12-hour night shifts for a 13-week contract. You'll be part of a high-volume trauma environment, managing approximately 170-200 patients daily. The role involves reviewing profiles, assisting with triage, and supporting inpatient holds within a well-equipped ED that includes separate triage and mental health rooms. Expect to work alongside experienced physicians, mid-level providers, and ED techs while utilizing your skills in complex diagnoses such as stroke, sepsis, and mental health cases. Certifications like ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC are required, and previous experience in large trauma settings will be highly valued. The department emphasizes team collaboration, and you'll have opportunities to work with advanced equipment including vents, BiPaps, and perform ABGs with RT support. This assignment offers a stimulating environment for professionals eager to expand their trauma and emergency care expertise.
