Job Description:

This ER RN position at Deaconess Gateway in Newburgh, IN offers a rewarding 13-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. As part of your duties, you'll respond swiftly to emergent situations in a Level II Trauma setting, utilizing your 3+ years of ER experience and pediatric expertise. You'll be expected to pass a 12 lead EKG and dysrhythmia exam, and familiarity with Epic charting (used within the last year) is required. This role emphasizes resilience and adaptability, with a focus on managing change while providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced environment. You will work approximately 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday off, offering a good work-life balance during your assignment.
