Job Description:

This contract position involves working as a Registered Nurse on a Med/Surg or Telemetry unit in Newburyport, MA. You will be scheduled for 12-hour rotating shifts, typically from 7a to 7p or 7p to 7a, including every other weekend and holiday. The role offers an opportunity to experience a self-scheduling environment, where you'll be primarily responsible for providing patient care and maintaining safe ratios. With at least 2 years of Med/Surg or Tele experience, you will handle a mix of routine and complex cases, with ratios ranging from 4:1 to 7:1 depending on the shift. The assignment guarantees 72 hours every two weeks, with an average weekly gross pay of approximately $2,283.71.
