Job Description:

Join a bustling hospital in Memphis as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll work 12-hour day shifts, providing vital support in a busy surgical floor that operates with team nursing ratios, often including LPNs and PCCs. This role is ideal for experienced nurses with at least two years in a similar setting, ready to bring their skills to a fast-paced environment that values collaboration and efficiency. Expect to manage a patient load with a ratio of around 1:7, ensuring each patient receives attentive care. The hospital prefers candidates with Level I or Level II trauma experience and large hospital background. Drivers license submission is required, and all travelers must adhere to NLC guidelines.
