Job Description:

Join a Home Health Therapy/Rehabilitation team in Chesapeake, VA, for a rewarding 13-week contract as a Physical Therapist. This role offers an opportunity to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, performing approximately six to seven patient visits daily. You'll focus on delivering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients recovering from injuries, or managing muscle, nerve, joint, and bone conditions. The setting emphasizes patient education, discharge planning, and documentation, all while working in a vibrant coastal community that’s just minutes from Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Be prepared to restore function and relieve pain in a diverse patient population, with a schedule that keeps your weekdays full and weekends free for personal exploration. This assignment is ideal for licensed VA PTs with at least one year of experience, including those venturing into travel therapy for the first time.
