Job Description:

This Cath Lab Registered Nurse role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the heart of interventional cardiology, including three Cath Labs and two EP Labs. You'll be part of a team that performs complex procedures like angioplasties and electrophysiology studies. Expect to be scheduled for 8-hour days, with the chance to float within the facility and to Piedmont Macon North Hospital as needed. Your responsibilities include assisting in procedures, managing pre- and post-procedure care, and supporting a collaborative clinical environment. This assignment is unique for its focus on advanced cardiac interventions and the chance to work alongside experienced specialists in a facility that values technical proficiency and teamwork. Weekend call is included, with expected participation once a month, along with occasional weekday shifts. Prior experience of at least two years in a cath lab setting is required, and careful clinical screening will determine the final fit for this role.
