Job Description:

Join our team as a critical care professional in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, where you'll be working 12-hour night shifts in a 1:2 patient ratio ICU setting. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to apply your ICU expertise in a rural hospital with a focus on specialized care for surgical and occasional pediatric patients. Responsibilities include managing complex patient cases, ensuring accurate charting in EPIC, and floating within similar units or nearby Aspirus locations as needed. The role provides a steady weekly gross pay of approximately $2,097.16, along with scheduled floating and on-call shifts. This assignment is ideal for experienced ICU nurses eager to experience rural healthcare while maintaining their professional standards. Note that compliance with vaccination policies is mandatory during flu season, and contractors must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
