Job Description:

This 13-week contract places you in a fast-paced 3 Tower unit located on the third floor of Tower A at a bustling hospital in Arlington, TX. You will work 12-hour day shifts, providing essential staffing for a 30-bed surgical unit with a focus on post-surgical recovery, pain management, and patient monitoring. On this assignment, you'll collaborate with a team of 4-5 RNs, 2 PCTs, and sitters, maintaining patient ratios of 6:1. Expect to operate with equipment like Hoyer lifts, bladder scanners, and sara steady devices, all in an environment using Meditech EMR. The role demands RN experience in medsurg or acute care settings—additional skills like prior HCA work are a bonus.
