Job Description:

This pediatric emergency nursing role at Children’s Hospital Colorado’s North Campus offers a chance to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. You will be responsible for providing specialized care to pediatric patients in the Emergency Department during 12-hour night shifts. The assignment spans 14 weeks, and you’ll join a collaborative team that values calmness under pressure, teamwork, and clear communication. Expect to handle a high volume of patients, including trauma cases, procedural sedations, and pediatric triage, all while collaborating with physicians, EMTs, and support staff. The role requires confidence in pediatric emergencies, trauma response skills, and recent experience in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center, with Epic EMR experience being a plus.
