Job Description:

This Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN position in Seattle offers a unique opportunity to work in a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art 54-bed level III unit serving as a regional referral center for high-risk infants. The role involves providing specialized care to very low birth weight preemies requiring ventilatory support, with a 4x12-hour day shift schedule from 07:00 to 19:30. Travelers will experience a mix of on-site responsibilities, including caring for neonates in a busy, high-acuity setting that demands precision and compassion. The assignment includes floating within the hospital, specifically to the Mother-Infant unit, and maintains a focus on high-quality neonatal care. This is a contract for 26 weeks, with a commitment of 48 hours per week, offering an engaging environment for experienced NICU RNs eager to make a meaningful difference in vulnerable infants’ lives.
