Job Description:

This Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) RN position offers a chance to work in a specialized setting caring for critically ill children. The role involves providing advanced nursing support, including ventilator management, administering high-level medications, and performing complex procedures such as chest tube care and vascular access. You'll float within units like NICU and other pediatric specialty areas, gaining diverse experience while ensuring patient stability. Orientation is provided to familiarize you with unit-specific protocols, and your skills will be essential in managing high-acuity cases during 12-hour day shifts.
