Job Description:

This registered nurse position in Bristol, Tennessee, offers a rewarding 13-week contract working 12-hour day shifts on a 36/36 schedule. The role involves floating to various units within the facility, with an emphasis on Med/Surg/Tele experience. Nurses must have at least two years of relevant experience and be comfortable with patient ratios of 1:7. Every other weekend will be scheduled off, and proper orientation—including online modules—will prepare you for successful integration into the team. This assignment gives you the chance to support nursing students and contribute to the education of future healthcare professionals, making your work impactful beyond direct patient care. The hospital permits flexibility in shift coverage to accommodate census fluctuations, without penalty, and actively encourages first-time travelers to apply. The hourly commitment is 48 hours per week, totaling a weekly gross pay of approximately $2,621.40.
