Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU Registered Nurse in Dayton, Ohio, for a winter contract that offers an engaging and challenging environment. You will be working in a fast-paced 40-bed ICU, providing critical care with bedside procedures like endoscopy, bronchoscopy, trach, and G-tube placement. This role involves rotating through various units, including high-acuity respiratory areas, with the opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals. The schedule includes 12-hour night shifts (19:00 - 07:30), and the contract lasts for 13 weeks. You'll be responsible for managing a patient ratio of approximately 1:2-3 and handling complex cases such as post-op recovery and high-risk respiratory care. The assignment provides a chance to enhance your skills in a supportive setting while experiencing the unique rhythms of a busy ICU.
