Job Description:

Join a renowned Level I trauma center in Springfield as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract working night shifts. This role involves providing advanced airway management, ventilator troubleshooting, and critical respiratory care to adult patients in the ICU and Emergency Department. You'll perform procedures such as intubation assistance, suctioning, and nebulizer therapy, often in fast-paced clinical scenarios. The position offers the chance to float within scope to various adult critical care areas, making each shift both challenging and rewarding. Clinicians will work 4 days a week, 12-hour nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM), with guaranteed hours and the flexibility to discuss schedule requests with management.
