Job Description:

This intensive inpatient respiratory therapy assignment places you in adult ICU, adult ED, PICU, and NICU level III settings. You'll be working 12-hour night shifts for 16 weeks, with a chance to make a real impact during critical moments. The role emphasizes flexibility, as weekends and holidays are part of the rotation—meaning you'll need to work 2 out of 4 major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Expect to handle a diverse caseload that demands your expertise in adult and pediatric respiratory care, following advanced protocols and utilizing Epic electronic medical records. The assignment is ideal for RRTs with at least one year of experience who have prior teaching hospital exposure and recent Epic proficiency.
