Job Description:

Join a 13-week contract as a PCU Registered Nurse at a leading facility in Lee's Summit, Missouri. This role offers 12-hour day shifts (06:45 - 19:15), providing ample opportunity to experience a variety of patient conditions, from stroke and cardiac issues to respiratory failures and post-surgical recovery. The unit operates with a typical ratio of 1:5, and the workload includes managing complex situations such as dysrhythmias, IV therapies, and respiratory support like High Flow Nasal Cannula and tracheostomy management. You will be floating within scope across departments such as MS/Tele, Neuro, and ICU, supporting diverse patient needs. This position emphasizes skill in cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and advanced patient assessments, perfect for clinicians with at least two years of experience in LTAC settings who are comfortable adapting to different units as needed.
