Job Description:

Join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse in the Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit, working 12-hour night shifts in Winston-Salem, NC. This role involves managing a patient census primarily consisting of stroke and neuro diagnosis cases, including epilepsy and neurosurgical patients. You will perform IV starts, interpret dysrhythmias, and manage telemetry monitoring, with occasional float requirements to other MS/Tele areas or COVID units. The assignment offers an engaging environment for experienced nurses who thrive in fast-paced neuro-focused settings and enjoy the challenge of specialized patient care on a 4-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Please note: due to unit policies, RTO after booking is not permitted, and weekend work is required every other weekend.
