Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel RN contract in Minot, North Dakota, where you'll be working a 36-hour week on variable shifts. This position features an alternating schedule with three days off between shift changes, offering a unique rhythm of work and rest. The role requires working 2 out of 4 weekends and floating as needed, providing a varied and engaging experience. You will be responsible for providing patient care within a hospital setting, utilizing your expertise in medical-surgical nursing, especially in managing complex cases and evolving patient needs. The position emphasizes a 48-hour gross weekly goal and is ideal for RNs with at least 2 years of MS experience, current or temporary licensure in North Dakota or a compact license, and BLS certification to start.
