Job Description:

Join the Clinical Resource Team (CRT) as a float RN, working 12-hour night shifts across multiple Medical/Surgical units at ThedaCare's Appleton and Neenah locations. This role offers the chance to experience different units like cardiac, neuro, and surgical services, with the unique aspect of floating to various facilities as needed. You'll be providing essential support during busy nights, ensuring staffing needs are met while maintaining your focus on high-quality patient experience—though this isn't patient care in the traditional sense, it's critical to keeping hospital operations smooth. Expect to work 36 hours weekly over a 13-week contract, starting immediately, with guaranteed hours, flexible rotations, and the opportunity to hone your skills across a variety of clinical settings.
