Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a busy ICU setting in Prattville, Alabama, working 12-hour mids. You'll be responsible for managing ventilators, trach care, chest tubes, arterial lines, PICC lines, and various infusion therapies, supporting a diverse patient population including pediatric and geriatric cases. The role involves coordinating with a team of PCTs, LPNs, and emergency techs, all while utilizing Cerner EMR and other advanced equipment. Expect to handle a mix of technical procedures and patient stabilization, with some floating within the unit. A solid understanding of ICU protocols and certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC are required. First-time travelers with at least two years of experience and Cerner familiarity are encouraged to apply. This assignment offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will directly impact critical patient care during fast-paced shifts.
