Job Description:

Join this rewarding NICU RN contract in the NICU at a renowned hospital in Hagerstown, MD. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) for thirteen weeks, focusing on neonates between 29 and 34 weeks. This role requires experience with NICU II cases and neonatal ratios of 1:4. You’ll be floating within scope to well-baby units and will need to hold BLS and NRP certifications. Epic EHR familiarity is necessary, and there is a four-shift per week guarantee, totaling 36 hours. This assignment offers a chance to apply your specialized neonatal skills in a setting that values flexibility and professionalism.
