Job Description:

Join a healthcare team as a House Supervisor Registered Nurse in a vibrant hospital setting. This role involves managing staffing, patient, and visitor needs in real time, ensuring smooth operations across the entire facility. You'll be overseeing patient flow, supporting bed placement and throughput, and handling key initiatives like bedside handoff. The assignment features 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on maintaining optimal facility operations. Previous charge nurse experience and proficiency with EPIC are required, along with BLS and NIHSS certifications.
