Job Description:

Join an esteemed neonatal intensive care unit in Seattle for a 26-week contract that offers the chance to work with some of the region’s most vulnerable infants. This position requires an experienced NICU RN with at least two years of recent, full-time experience in a Level III NICU, preferably at a teaching hospital. You’ll be caring for high-risk, low birth weight preemies on a state-of-the-art unit, providing ventilatory support and specialized neonatal care. The schedule places you on a 12-hour night shift, four days a week, with the opportunity to cover some weekends based on unit needs. Flexibility is appreciated as floating within the hospital is possible, but the focus remains on providing exceptional care in a supportive environment.
