Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in the Emergency Department at Rumford Hospital offers a unique opportunity to work in a small, close-knit facility that handles a wide range of cases, from minor injuries to time-sensitive trauma cases. You'll be one of only two RNs on shift, managing patients of all ages with varying medical needs, providing a hands-on role that emphasizes critical thinking and adaptability. Night shifts run from 7 PM to 7 AM, giving you a chance to experience the quieter, yet challenging, overnight pace in a critical access hospital setting. The facility's trauma level 3 designation means you'll be working in an environment that deals with high-acuity cases, often without immediate backup from a larger trauma center. If you have at least two years of ER experience, certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP, and thrive on quick decision-making, this assignment might be your next great adventure.
