Job Description:

Join a fast-paced surgical environment in Shreveport, LA, as an experienced Orthopedic and Spine Operating Room RN. This 13-week contract offers you the chance to work alongside a dedicated team of surgeons and OR staff, handling around 25 cases daily involving total joint replacements, arthroscopies, spinal fusions, and more. The role requires confident, independent scrub skills, and you'll be expected to jump right into the rhythm of the OR with minimal orientation. Enjoy a schedule of 8-hour days on weekdays, with on-call responsibilities that include weekend, evening, and holiday shifts, all within a dynamic setting that values teamwork and efficiency.
