Step into this rewarding travel RN role on the telemetry unit, where you'll be assessing and monitoring adult and geriatric patients with a variety of cardiac and vascular diagnoses. This night shift opportunity offers the chance to work in a well-organized, tech-savvy environment using Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems. You'll handle a nurse-patient ratio of 1:4-5 across 16 patient rooms, with floating within the facility as needed.
