Job Description:

Join our surgical team as an Operating Room RN for a 13-week contract in Charleston, West Virginia. This role is perfect for experienced RNs proficient in vascular, orthopedics, general, ENT, urology, robotics, and GYN surgeries, with at least two years of recent OR experience and specific skills in circulating and scrubbing. You'll work 3x12-hour days, 6:45 am to 7:15 pm, with scheduled call shifts and rotating weekends, providing you the chance to immerse yourself fully in complex, high-volume surgical cases. The setting is a busy short-term acute care hospital, a Level IV trauma center, offering a challenging and rewarding environment for OR nurses who thrive on variety and precision. Expect a mix of surgeries including cardiac, thoracic, robotic, and more, with opportunities to showcase your expertise in vein and radial artery harvesting, laparoscopic procedures, and advanced operative techniques.
