Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in Baltimore for a 13-week contract as an IMC RN. In this role, you'll be working 12-hour night shifts in a 16-bed IMC/ICU stepdown unit, assisting with complex procedures like central line insertions, chest tube placements, and bedside hemodialysis. This is a high-acuity setting where you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including RTs and pharmacists, to care for patients transitioning from ICU or needing ICU-level interventions. The work involves a mix of bedside procedures, patient management, and upholding the highest standards of nursing care in a fast-paced environment. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills while making a meaningful impact in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
