Job Description:

This 13-week travel contract offers Respiratory Therapists a chance to work in a fast-paced environment where adult critical care skills are put to good use. The night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) provides a unique opportunity to experience the hospital’s quieter, more reflective hours, all while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. You'll manage a variety of respiratory therapies, including extubation, tracheostomy care, and high-flow oxygen therapy, all while troubleshooting ventilator alarms and assisting in weaning from mechanical ventilation. This role is ideal for those with trauma Level 1 experience, paired with a solid background in adult critical care. The setting demands proficiency in aerosol medication delivery, pulmonary hygiene, and be comfortable floating across different units as needed. If you thrive on technical precision and a hands-on approach, this assignment will keep you engaged and sharpen your skills.
