Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Charge Nurse on a 13-week night shift contract at a respected Level II Trauma hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. This role is perfect for a registered nurse with charge experience who thrives in a fast-paced OB unit and is comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities. You'll be working in a busy high-risk antepartum and triage setting, with typical days featuring about 7 deliveries and additional patients needing triage or testing. The position offers a chance to hone your leadership skills, regularly working as the Charge Nurse in a supportive environment that values experienced professionals. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, providing crucial support and coordination during a busy, rewarding period of the hospital’s operations.
