Job Description:

Step into a rewarding travel RN role on a Senior Behavioral Health Unit in Moberly, Missouri. This 13-week contract offers a chance to work nights (7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.) in a dedicated gero-psychiatric setting where acute mental health needs meet compassionate care. You'll evaluate patients, develop care plans, assist physicians during exams, and support fellow nurses—all while managing a patient ratio of 1:7. This role requires at least one year of recent gero psych experience and certifications in BLS and de-escalation techniques (CPI or SAMA). With a focus on patient independence, you'll help teach self-care skills and medication management, making a difference in the lives of vulnerable patients. A solid color scrub is all you need to coordinate, and EMR documentation is done via MedHost.
