Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment on the True Stepdown Unit in Santa Cruz, California. This role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced stepdown nurses to work with telemetry, cardiac intervention patients, and overflow beds—all at a care level that balances clinical challenge with the opportunity to make meaningful impacts. Expect to interpret monitors, titrate medications like amiodarone and nitro, and handle post-cardiac procedures such as caths, TEEs, and ablations. This assignment is perfect for proactive nurses who enjoy a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and clinical proficiency shine. Shift schedules are 12-hour days, fitting well into a balanced work-week.
