Job Description:

This travel occupational therapy role offers an exciting opportunity to work within Marshfield Medical Center, an established healthcare facility known for its comprehensive adult and pediatric care. As an OT traveler, you will assist in evaluating ADLs, justifying next-care levels, and collaborating with a skilled team across diverse units including ICUs, trauma center, stroke, rehab, and general medical-surgical departments. Expect a mix of evaluations and treatments, handling approximately 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per day — all while experiencing the rewarding challenge of supporting patients through recovery in a vibrant hospital setting. The assignment features variable day shifts over 13 weeks, with rotations covering weekends and holidays, providing a balanced yet dynamic work schedule. Unique to this position is the credentialing process, which involves thorough onboarding, including WI state licensure, that may extend the start date, making careful planning essential.
