Job Description:

Join a 13-week travel contract in Iron Mountain, Michigan, where you'll be part of a 5-bed ICU team providing critical care for patients with respiratory failure, septic shock, detox, DKA, and arrhythmias. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a rural setting with limited onsite resources, emphasizing hands-on vent management, titratable drips, and troubleshooting complex cases. Expect to float to med/surg units when needed, and be comfortable with high-acuity patient care in a fast-paced environment. The shift is 12 hours, with night hours from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, and you'll be supported by in-house hospitalists and tele-ICU coverage at night.
