Job Description:

Join our ICU team in Hastings, Nebraska, for a 13-week travel healthcare contract that offers an engaging opportunity for experienced ICU RNs. This role features 12-hour day shifts, providing a balanced work schedule, and involves caring for a variety of critical patients, including those with DKA, COVID, CHF, and CVA. The unit boasts private beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2, occasionally 1:3, with staff on hand to support complex cases such as vents, art lines, PICC lines, and chest tubes. The assignment offers a chance to hone advanced skills like hemodynamic monitoring and titration of critical drips, all within a community where compassionate, professional nursing is valued.
