Job Description:

Join us as an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri. You'll perform advanced MRI procedures using state-of-the-art GE 1.5 and GE 3T equipment, supporting a diverse patient population from adolescents to geriatrics. This role offers a mix of weekday evenings and weekends, with a chance to experience the dynamic world of interventional radiology in a hospital that has proudly served the community for over 140 years. Expect to work independently and as part of a dedicated team, delivering high-quality imaging essential for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. The assignment includes some call duties, with a focus on maintaining MR safety principles and applying your expertise in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Job Specifics:

Location: St. Louis, MO
Shift: Evenings, 12-hour mids, 3 days per week (12pm - 12am, Fri-Sun)
Duration: 13 weeks (total of 36 hours/week)
This role involves performing specialized MRI procedures, supporting a variety of patient diagnoses, and ensuring MR safety protocols are strictly followed. You will be part of a team providing crucial imaging services in a well-equipped facility that handles a broad spectrum of cases, from ER trauma to anesthesia cases, including vented patients.
