Job Description:

Join a dedicated team on a 13-week travel contract as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse. This role involves providing essential care on a 36-bed unit with post-operative orthopaedic, trauma, ortho spine, and plastics cases. You'll work a 12-hour night shift (19:00 - 07:30), floating across various units as needed, and supporting patients during critical recovery periods. A prerequisite for this position is at least one year of recent experience, with BLS certification required and ACLS preferred. The role is physically active, requiring mobility, reaching, and moving objects up to 20 lbs, with contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses. This contract provides a unique opportunity to contribute to patient recovery in a facility committed to quality care, with involvement in diverse clinical scenarios and a rotation that covers holidays and weekends.
