Job Description:

Join a busy Med Surg overflow unit in Germantown, Tennessee, for a 13-week travel contract that offers a chance to sharpen your skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be working 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a focus on transition to team nursing. This role involves caring for post-surgical and observation patients, providing an engaging and varied experience for experienced med-surg RNs. The unit is currently expanding its team with LPNs to support the transition, giving you the opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team in a supportive setting. If you're a traveler with at least one year of recent med-surg experience and ready to make a difference, this assignment could be an excellent fit.
