Job Description:

Join us on a 26-week travel assignment as a Telemetry RN at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, MO. You'll be stepping into a fast-paced Med Surg Tele unit, managing acute conditions like AFIB, CHF exacerbations, and post-operative cardiac and vascular cases. This role offers nights, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing a unique opportunity to hone your cardiac care skills while enjoying a steady schedule. You'll be responsible for managing cardiac drips, operating EKGs, and floating throughout the unit as needed, making each shift engaging and varied. Plus, you'll get to work with a team committed to superior patient outcomes in a hospital recognized for safety and top-tier care.

Weekly guaranteed hours: 48
Additional notes: Must be able to float across Med Surg, manage cardiac drips, and operate EKG machines. COVID vaccination required, with flu vaccination necessary from November 1 to April 1. Recent experience of at least 1 year in Telemetry preferred. Current Missouri RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Expect to work every other weekend and at least one major winter holiday. Orientation begins on day shift, and full availability during orientation week is essential.
