Job Description:

This travel contract offers a chance to work within the Surgical ICU at one of Baltimore’s premier hospitals. As an ICU RN, you will be immersing yourself in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse patient population including trauma, transplant, vascular, GI, and orthopedics. Your day-to-day routine will involve monitoring complex post-surgical cases, providing critical care interventions, and collaborating with a team of experts. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, giving you plenty of quiet hours to reflect on your impact, while the contract spans 13 weeks, offering a good balance of immersion and flexibility.
