Job Description:

Join our team as a NICU Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Hagerstown, Maryland. This night shift role offers a balanced blend of challenging neonatal care and the chance to work alongside a dedicated team in a well-equipped facility. You'll focus on neonates between 29-34 weeks, managing a patient ratio of 1:4, while floating within the scope to well baby units as needed. The position demands experience with NICU II and neonatal resuscitation protocols, with certifications in BLS and NRP required. Expect nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week.
